How the free trial works

It usually takes 1–10 days from sign-up to shipment.

  1. Send a request

    Fill in the form to test the apps for free.

  2. Waiting list

    We add you to the waiting list for a test headset.

  3. Your headset is ready

    When a headset is available, we contact you to confirm the dates and arrange shipment.

  4. Delivery

    A courier delivers the headset to the address you gave us.

  5. Test the apps

    You have 5 business days to test the applications. We provide guides and support by phone, Zoom or Teams throughout the test.

  6. Free return

    When the test ends, you send the headset back free of charge with the return label included in the package, or we arrange a courier pickup with you. The test is obligation-free: you simply decide whether this training format fits your company.

Which headsets are supported?
Our apps run on Meta Quest headsets, including Meta Quest 2, 3 and 3S. Selected apps also run on Pico and HTC headsets, such as Pico 4 and HTC Vive Focus 3. Not sure about your device? Just ask us.
What if I have never used a VR headset?
Our video guides take you through every step. The headsets are intuitive and our applications need no technical skills: you control them with your hands, using movements similar to everyday ones. We are also available by phone, Zoom or Teams to help.
Do I have to buy a license after the test?
No. The test is non-binding: it lets you explore the applications and try VR training in your company.
Is the entire test free, with no hidden costs?
Yes, the entire test is free of charge. We cover the cost of shipping the headset to you and back.
