    Enter the code shown in the headset and it joins your organization.

    Import a list from a CSV file or add people one by one. A nickname is enough.

  3. Assign training

    Pick courses from EHS Academy or build your own from lessons, then set a deadline.

  4. See who is ready

    Every session becomes a record with score and time. When the required lessons are done, you can issue the certificate.

Questions about the panel

Is the panel included in every plan?
Yes. Completion reports and progress tracking come with every plan. Office adds expanded and Professional advanced reporting and analytics, and certificates are an optional add-on in every plan. Compare the plans.
Do trainees need their own email address?
No. A nickname is enough to add a person. On the headset, they pick their name from the list or enter their sign-in code.
What happens when there is no internet on site?
The headsets keep training offline, for up to 1 month or up to 3 months on Professional, and send the results to the panel once they reconnect.
Can we keep our current LMS or HR records?
Yes. Completions export to CSV or XLSX, so you can add the results to your HR system or existing training records.
How does someone check a certificate?
They scan the QR code on the certificate or upload the PDF on the public verification page. No account is needed.
Where can I see the whole platform?
The panel is Skillsive, the platform we build for our training. All features and the help center are on skillsive.com.
