About the training

5S VR Training teaches employees the 5S method through immersive simulations. Users apply each of the five steps (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) by organizing, cleaning and systematizing their workspace, and build long-term habits of self-discipline.

The training includes five modules:

  • Sort – identify and remove unnecessary items.
  • Set in Order – arrange tools and materials for efficiency.
  • Shine – keep the workplace clean and follow an upkeep schedule.
  • Standardize – introduce uniform procedures and monitoring.
  • Sustain – build lasting habits that keep 5S in place.

A final timed test asks users to apply all five steps in practice. Feedback at the end shows what went well and what to improve. The training helps companies improve workplace organization, productivity and safety through hands-on learning.
