About the training

Ergonomic Home & Office VR Training is a specialized occupational health and safety application designed for administrative and office workers. It focuses on the risks of prolonged sitting and improperly adjusted workstations, teaching modern ergonomic principles to improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term health.

Through immersive simulations in both home and office settings, participants learn how to:

Training Program

Through 5 modules, users will:

  • Learn about the dangers of sedentary work with AR, identifying risks and practicing preventive exercises.
  • Take a virtual journey through history to see how sitting has evolved and its effects on health.
  • Optimize their workstation with AR to meet modern ergonomic standards.
  • Experience the benefits of a standing desk using AR, while learning proper posture techniques.
  • Perform mobilization exercises guided by a virtual trainer.
