Chemical Spill Response
Respond to chemical spills safely in VR - PPE, containment, and compliance.
Control hazardous energy with Lockout Tagout VR - safer machinery maintenance.

Lockout Tagout VR Training is a specialized safety module designed for production environments where employees work with industrial machinery and equipment. Each year, thousands of workplace accidents are caused by uncontrolled energy release or insufficient protection during maintenance. This training equips workers with the knowledge and hands-on practice needed to minimize such risks.
Through immersive VR simulations, employees learn how to properly apply lockout and tagout procedures, prevent hazardous energy release, and ensure machinery is safe before maintenance or repair. The training not only supports compliance with health and safety standards but also helps companies avoid costly downtime, accidents, and damage to equipment.
The training consists of 2 independent modules, each lasting 10–15 minutes. The training focuses on teaching workers how to properly secure machines and handle various types of energy sources that may present hazards in the workplace.
In the Training module, interactive lessons guide production workers through the process of identifying different energy types in machines and the necessary safety measures to secure machinery. A virtual instructor walks users through simulations, allowing them to recognize potential hazards and learn proper techniques for locking out machines.
The Test module offers a hands-on approach where workers can practice securing machines in a realistic environment. This interactive task allows trainees to test their skills in identifying hazards and applying lockout procedures, helping them refine their safety practices.
Lockout Tagout VR Training gives employees the skills to secure machinery safely before maintenance and the confidence to apply LOTO procedures at work.
“Virtual reality allows our employees to train in realistic scenarios that accurately reflect the specifics of our work. This has significantly improved safety and engagement in training sessions. We highly recommend it!”
