I have my own headset

If you already own a Meta Quest headset, you can easily connect it to the Skillsive platform and test our VR training applications in just a few simple steps.

This guide will walk you through the entire setup process, from registering your account and creating your organization, to pairing your headset and downloading your first training courses. Each section includes clear, step-by-step instructions (and short demo videos where available) to help you complete the setup smoothly and without complications.

Once everything is ready, you can explore interactive EHS VR training and see how it works for safety training in your organization.

Setup in five steps

Register and verify your email

Go to the registration page on the Skillsive platform.

1. Fill out the form and click Register.
2. Open your email inbox.
3. Click the Verify Email button.

Congratulations! Your email has been verified and your account is now active.

Log in and create your organization

Go to the login page and sign in with your new account.

1. In the left navigation panel, click Create Organization.
2. Fill out the form with your organization’s name and details.
3. Click Continue.

Well done! Your organization has been successfully created.

Set up the application on your VR headset

On your VR headset:

1. Download the app: if you don’t have it yet, get EHS Academy from the Meta Store.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi: make sure your headset has a stable internet connection.
3. Launch the app: open EHS Academy.
4. Note the code: a unique code will appear on the screen. Write it down or remember it.

On the Skillsive platform:

1. Enter the code: in the “Log in with Code” panel, input the code and click Continue.
2. Add a new device: register your headset as a new device.
3. Confirm authorization: approve the connection if the details are correct.

Back on your VR headset:

• Click the confirmation button below the code.

Congratulations! Your headset is now connected and ready to download training courses.

Download and test courses

1. After logging in, browse the available modules in the EHS Academy app.
2. Select the courses you’d like to test.
3. Don’t turn off your headset or let it go to sleep during the download.
4. Once downloaded, select a course and click Play.
