About the training

BLS Solo Training prepares participants for cardiac arrest emergencies where no help is available. Through two lessons, Training and Test, users learn how to perform Basic Life Support independently and with confidence.

In the Training lesson, participants practice assessing consciousness and breathing, calling emergency services, and performing CPR with an AED in a simulated industrial environment. The scenario emphasizes carrying out every action alone, and the app is compatible with any training manikin for realistic hands-on practice.

The Test lesson challenges users to apply their skills without guidance. Distractions such as environmental hazards and bystanders test the rescuer’s focus and decision-making. At the end, a detailed summary provides feedback on performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

The module prepares people to handle cardiac arrest on their own and builds confidence in their life-saving skills.
